Jacob Turner ESQ.'s past experiences include the Director of Building Department Entitlements for Engel Burman, Assistant Town Attorney and Deputy Director of the Department of Engineering Services for the Town of Huntington and Senior Assistant District Attorney in the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.

 

Jake spearheaded the entitlement process at Engel Burman a local real estate developer of multifamily housing, independent living, and assisted living. Through his years of experience,

Jake expertly maneuvered through what can often be a lengthy and complicated process. He coordinated zoning entitlements and municipal permitting and drafted easements and subordination agreements, in addition to his role as litigation defense facilitator. His experiences have provided him with a true understanding of what is expected from municipalities when it comes to real estate development. 

 

Jake received his law degree from New York Law School and Bachelor of Arts from American University.  He resides in Huntington with his family where they are active with the local temple. Many recognize Jake from his time as a local football and lacrosse referee.
